(3) Etwa 100 Milchkühe sind in der Hofmolkerei zu Hause, im Sommer auf der saftigen Weide. Around 100 dairy cows live at the Hofmolkerei and spend their summers on its lush meadows. (4) Die Nachbarn können sich auf dem Hof jederzeit selbst mit tagesfrischem Joghurt aus dem Kühlschrank versorgen. Das Geld wird auf Vertrauensbasis in eine Kasse gezahlt.
