Hier kommen unsere Lieblingsstrecken. Exploring the city by bike Anyone can go sightseeing on a bus. So set off by bike instead through the city on the Elbe and get to know Hamburg in the best way. Here are our favourite routes. Binnen- und Außenalster Sie starten vom MADISON in Rich- tung Rödingsmarkt. Weiter geht’s am Rathaus vorbei über den Jungfernstieg, am Ufer der Binnenalster zur Lombardsbrücke, hier genießen Sie den Ausblick. Wer’s ruhiger mag, fährt dann am Nordwestufer der Außenalster weiter zum Alsterpark – zwischen Schwänen, Gänsen, Segelschiffen und viel Grün bietet dieses herrliche Plätzchen Ruhe und Entspannung pur. > Strecke ca. 2,4 km bzw. ca. 4,1 km Elbpark Entenwerder Die Strecke Richtung Osten führt Sie durch die HafenCity, dem neusten Stadtteil Hamburgs: Vom MADISON fahren Sie über den Baumwall vorbei an der Elphi zum Sandtorkai in Rich- tung HafenCity Universität. Von dort geht’s durch das Neubaugebiet des Baakenhafens direkt zu den Elbbrücken. Diese unterqueren Sie und fahren weiter nach Rothenburgsort zum Elbpark Entenwerder. Eine Stärkung gibt’s im stylishen Café Entenwerder 1, das seinen Platz auf einem schwimmenden Ponton gefunden hat – Elbblick, Leute, kleinere Schiffe und Baken gucken inklusive. Wer mag: Über die Gewerbegebiete Billbrook und Moorfleet führt diese schöne Route raus bis zur Stadtgrenze nach Bergedorf. > Strecke ca. 5,4 km Inner and Outer Alster Set off from the MADISON towards Rödingsmarkt. Pass the city hall and go onto Jungfernstieg, along the shore of the Binnenalster (Inner Alster) to Lombardsbrücke, where you can enjoy the view. If you fancy something quieter, continue along the north-west shore of the Outer Alster until you reach the Alsterpark. With its swans, geese, yachts and greenery, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. > Distance around 2.4 km / 4.1 km Elbpark Entenwerder Cycling east takes you through HafenCity, Hamburg’s newest district. From the MADISON, go along Baum- wall, past the Elphi, to Sandtorkai in the direction of HafenCity University. From there you pass through the new development of Baakenhafen and on towards the Elbbrücken. Cycle beneath these and continue towards Rothenburgsort until you reach Elbpark Entenwerder. Refreshments are available at the stylish Café Entenwerder 1, which is situated on a floating pontoon and offers a view of the Elbe, passers-by, little boats and buoys. If you like, you can continue along this fine route through the industrial areas of Billbrook and Moorfleet, towards Bergedorf, all the way to the city limits. > Distance around 5.4 km Leihen Sie Ihr Fahrrad direkt im MADISON! Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist das MADISON der ideale Ausgangspunkt für eine Radtour.
